Pre-orders
What does pre-order mean?
Every bracelet is made to order. You order and pay, we make your piece, and it ships in 2–3 weeks after your payment is confirmed.
When will my order ship?
Your product page and order confirmation show the expected dispatch dates. We email your tracking number the day it ships.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Add as many as you like to your bag; they ship together.
Sizing & care
Will it fit my wrist?
The bracelets close with a sliding, adjustable chain, so one size suits most wrists.
How do I care for my bracelet?
Store it on its own, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and put it on after perfume, lotion and hairspray.

How can I pay?
By DuitNow QR or bank transfer. After you place your order you’ll see our payment details; pay, then upload your receipt on your order page. We confirm payments by hand, usually within a day.
When does my order start being made?
As soon as we confirm your payment. You’ll get an email when it’s confirmed and another with your tracking number when it ships.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout only needs your contact and delivery details.
